Terms of Service

AI Drama Creator lets you plan a series, generate short AI video scenes from written prompts and library references, concatenate scenes into episodes, and share those creations through links and a public showcase. The Service is provided "as is" and may change over time.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the right to enter into these Terms.

"User Content" means the prompts, outlines, images you upload, and videos you generate or publish. You retain ownership of your User Content. Subject to these Terms, we grant you all rights we hold in any output produced by the service at your direction, including without limitation images, videos, text, and other content, for any lawful purpose.

By publishing User Content to the showcase, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and confirm that you have all rights necessary to submit it and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.

Scenes, library images, suggestions and stitching consume credits. Subscription credits refill each billing period and do not roll over; purchased packs do not expire. Credits are refunded automatically when a render fails for a reason outside your control. Payments are processed by Stripe under its own terms.

Using the Service, you must not produce, submit, or publish anything that:

• is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing;
• is sexually explicit, or sexualizes or exploits minors;
• depicts real people without their consent, or is deceptive;
• infringes intellectual property or privacy rights;
• contains hate speech, graphic violence, or promotes self-harm; or
• violates any applicable law or regulation.

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.

We provide tools to report objectionable content and block other users. We review reports and may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. We may also remove content or restrict access at our discretion to keep the showcase safe.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Widget Games and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our trademarks or other intellectual property.

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. AI-generated output may be inaccurate or unexpected. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Widget Games is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
